clean - comfy beds - good shower. smack in the centre with access to all tourist sights. close to the Grand Place. next to a metro station and supermarket. quick response from helpful guest service.

It was perfect in general: functional room, awesome location not far from the metro and central station, the city centre, Brussels.

It had a marvellous setting near to the centre as well as the main train station. In fact, it was located right in the heart of town.

The hosts at the apartment were incredibly professional and made our stay unforgettable. The apartment itself was mind-blowing, exceeding our expectations in every aspect. The location was super, right in the center with a jaw-dropping view. We truly felt like home!

The staff were helpful and the added bonus of a lounge to store our luggage after check-out was a lifesaver. this place had all the amenities we needed for a short stay and we couldn't have asked for more.

I recently stayed at Smartflats - Bourse and had a fantastic experience. Visiting for the Christmas markets, the location was perfect, right in the city centre on a bustling street filled with bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was new, beautiful, and spacious, with a balcony and great views. It had three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and rainfall shower. The communal areas were cozy with underfloor heating. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. Supermarket and pharmacy were conveniently located across the street. Highly recommend for young travelers on a short stay.

The fully equipped kitchen was a game changer! It had everything, even a dining table. I felt like a master chef whipping up a feast. Access to the Smartflats Lounge was quite the treat. It felt like stepping into a secret VIP hideout in the heart of Brussels.

With three separate bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for accommodating a large group of up to eight guests. The living room with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV offered a great space to relax and unwind. the fully equipped kitchen and dining table made it convenient to enjoy meals together.

com, emails, and phone calls, it was challenging to get in touch with them. The lack of response and unhelpful attitude from the staff, particularly the rude conversation with one of the representatives, left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Discovered this place to explore around, and the flat served as a comfy home base. Loved having a balcony and those amazing views! 😊
